This is my take on the Iconic "Glasgow's Smiles Better" campaign when Glasgow was chosen as European City of Cultrue in the mid 80's. Clubs were open until 6am and people came from all over the UK to party in the city. The councils play on Mr.Happy would tie in with ravers around the UK as Acid House kicked off a youth movement that hadn't been seen since Punk.
